Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Times: After your order has been shipped, please expect delivery within 7–12 business days depending on your location. International orders may take longer.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number.

Shipping Damage: If your item was damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible at our email address with a photo of the damaged item. We will resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

⚠️ For orders over €150, customs authorities may require payment of duties or VAT. These charges are not included in the order price and are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Period: You have the right to return your item within 14 days of delivery without providing any reason.

Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, returned in the original packaging, and must not be damaged or soiled.

Non-Returnable Items: Hygiene products once opened, custom-made or personalized items, and sale items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos as proof.
